If a woman agrees to have sex with her boss in exchange for a reward she does not quslify as a victim

You know, for whatever reason, I was just thinking this morning that if a woman can't pay her rent and is going to be evicted and she agrees to have sex with her landlord in exchange for her rent being paid, and he didn't demand it from her (let's say it was HER suggestion), then is she a victim?
