In the alternate reality of Wu’istan, there’s literally a city agency dedicated for catering and showering with taxpayer dollars “queer and tranny migrants and refugees”

It’s just remarkable how the far left whines about “affordability” while a city agency is funded to supply vouchers to queers and trannies for massages and yoga.

Although her city is facing a massive $50 million deficit, far-left Boston Mayor Michelle Wu is funding (on the taxpayers’ dime) a program handing out vouchers to ‘queer and trans migrants and refugees’ so that they can treat themselves to massages, yoga classes, and ‘creative healing.’

OUTnewcomers is in direct partnership with the Mayor’s Office for Immigrant Advancement (MOIA), a city agency under Mayor Wu.

In March 2026, MOIA awarded over $1.3 million in grants to multiple organizations (including OUTnewcomers) for legal access, wellness/mental health support, and neighborhood programs.

Yup, they got what they deserved.
It’s just comedy gold that there’s a city agency dedicated to queer and tranny “ newcomers”.

“Newcomers” was a slogan used by the left years ago until the slogan was replaced because it was a humiliation to democrat ideologues.

Do you live in boston?
or even the state?

Well, keep in mind she's a Dimocrat, and the people she is pandering to, are people who are among the most important people in the world to Dimocrats.
They literally will shed no tear for an American CITIZEN that loses their life to an illegal, and instead will run to the aid of the criminal illegal.

Sounds grifty to me.

Funding Sources for the Mayor’s Office for Immigrant Advancement

The Mayor’s Office for Immigrant Advancement (MOIA) in Boston receives its funding primarily from the City of Boston’s operating budget. This municipal budget supports MOIA’s core programs, including annual grantmaking cycles, legal aid initiatives, community wellness programs, and neighborhood support projects Boston.gov.

For example, in its FY26 grantmaking cycle, MOIA allocated:

  • $900,000 from the City of Boston operating budget for Immigration Legal Access grants to community-based nonprofits and legal aid organizations.
  • $200,000 from the same budget for Weaving Well-being community mental health grants Boston.gov.
In addition to these operating budget allocations, MOIA also awards contracts and grants to partner organizations. In 2025, Mayor Michelle Wu and MOIA announced $2.1 million in combined grant funds and contracts to support immigrant communities across five programs: Immigrant Youth Advancement, Immigration Legal Access, ESOL, Weaving Well-being, and Tuition Equity LinkedIn+1. These funds are also drawn from the City’s operating budget and may include specific appropriation lines for immigrant services.

In New York City, the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs (MOIA) operates similarly, with its programs funded through the City of New York’s operating budget and citywide immigrant legal services network NYC.gov.

In summary:
MOIA’s funding comes from municipal operating budgets at the city level, with specific allocations for immigrant legal aid, community wellness, education, and neighborhood programs. These funds are used to support nonprofits, legal aid organizations, and citywide initiatives that serve immigrant populations.

So the criteria is sexual orientation? Doesn’t that scream discrimination? I am not sure if it is legal or not but I’ll leave that to those on the board.

Pacification attempts for the criminals and mentally addled always fail
