This is the man that Renee Good died yo protect

Making excuses for ICE Murdering an American Citizen. May you burn in hell forever!

You are such a PAWN for evil. Shame on you!
It wasn't murder, liar. Go home.

Sorry! YOU ARE WRONG!

ICE POLICY

ICE policy generally prohibits officers from standing in front of moving vehicles. Current Department of Homeland Security (DHS) rules mandate that agents avoid "creating unnecessary jeopardy" by placing themselves in a vehicle's path.
Key Use-of-Force Rules
  • Prohibition on Shooting: Agents are barred from firing at a moving vehicle unless a person inside is using deadly force by means other than the vehicle, or if the vehicle is being used as a weapon and no other "objectively reasonable" option exists.
  • Duty to Move: Guidelines explicitly state that if a vehicle moves toward an officer, they must move out of the way rather than stay in front of it and discharge their weapon.
  • Tactical Training: Officers are trained to approach from a 90-degree angle (the "tactical L") to ensure they remain out of the vehicle’s potential path of travel.
Recent Controversy
These specific rules are at the center of a national debate following the January 2026 killing of Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis. Video evidence suggested an agent stood in front of her car before firing, leading to accusations that the agent violated DHS policy by "staging the scene" or creating the very danger that "justified" the shooting.

Would you like to see the specific wording from the DHS Use of Force manual regarding moving vehicles?

Yes.

According to the DHS Policy on the Use of Force, the specific wording regarding moving vehicles is as follows:

DHS Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs) are prohibited from discharging firearms at the operator of a moving vehicle, vessel, aircraft, or other conveyance unless deadly force is justified. Specifically, firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle unless:

  • Other Deadly Force: A person in the vehicle is threatening the officer or another person with deadly force by means other than the vehicle; or

  • Vehicle as a Weapon: The vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury to the officer or others, and no other objectively reasonable defensive option exists (such as moving out of the vehicle’s path).

Firearms may not be discharged from a moving vehicle except in exigent circumstances. In these situations, the officer must have an articulable reason for using deadly force.

The policy explicitly states that officers should:

  • Avoid the Path: Not place themselves in the path of a moving vehicle or use their body to block a vehicle's path.

  • Seek Alternatives: Avoid "intentionally and unreasonably" placing themselves in positions where they have no alternative but to use deadly force.

  • Move to Safety: Immediately attempt to move to a position of safety rather than discharging a firearm if they find themselves in the path of a vehicle.
You are full of it. The officer was standing in an offset position to the front left of the car, just like officer training teaches. She turned TOWARD him. Look at the video, It looks like she accelerated and then turned right but by that time she had already hit him. Do some due diligence before posting such garbage.

The GOP is run by pedos as i laid out in excruciating detail. The GOP is pardoning pedos as I laid out in excruciating detail. The GOP is protecting pedos as evident by not releasing the Epstein files.

No one cares if the US arrests real criminals. Democrats support that. But calling someone who applied for asylum a criminal... well you can **** off asshole liar. Arrest criminals. Not asylum seekers dipshit.
Was the excruciating detail you laid out a matter of tedious cutting and pasting from leftist tabloids?

It may or may not be murder...it could be considered MANSLAUGHTER.

It’s funny to watch as your pointless babble gets backtracked.

You don't get to execute someone in cold blood, for resisting an officer for a traffic violation or resisting an order. Don't you KNOW THAT?

Was the first shot fired BEFORE or AFTER the van lurched forward? If it was after, then she wasn't killed for either a 'traffic violation or resisting an order.'

But you already knew that...

No but if you use your vehicle as a weapon, then it’s fair game.

Those two morons were not executed
One was. And the killer broke ICE regulations prohibiting him from shooting in to a moving car....it was mandated that he NOT shoot the driver....

The driver was not using her car as a weapon to harm or kill him. His duty under their regulations was NOT TO SHOOT HER....it is too dangerous. Look what happened to her car after being killed....it swerved at fast speed and ran in to those cars....people could have been there and killed by this officer's actions.

After Barnes vs Felix with a 9 to 0 supreme court ruling in May of 2025, all training on car incidents CHANGED and new training across America for all law enforcement on this was put in place....and regs emphasized the mandate NOT TO SHOOT in this situation. Under the regs, his duty was to deescalate, and move out of the way....there is a mandate to not shoot.

This rule doesn’t apply if life is at risk

You should all be shot on sight. You have no business interfering with these men who already have a dangerous job. **** you and **** her. Im glad she is dead.

She was shot because she used a 3000 pound car and struck an agent. Thats use of deadly force. There have been cases where a traffic stop resulted in a car used as weapon and deadly force was applied.
Thats not cold blood thats an act of criminal negligence with a disregard fir human life by an emotionally disturbed women. All she had to do was stop follow and directions. Hoe hard was that
He put himself in front of the car...escalating the situation. I've seen nothing that shows he was actually hit, but hopped out of the way while shooting her, even twice more when he was completely out of her way....and if he was hit, it was not a deadly hit or potentially deadly hit at the 5 miles an hour she was going. His DUTY AND MANDATE was NOT TO SHOOT in those circumstances and almost ALL CIRCUMSTANCES...the mandate is a prohibition from shooting in to a moving car....

The Civil Rights Division is who usually investigates in all cases like this to determine if his actions were reasonable taking in all the facts....they usually find the cops were reasonable....but none the less, this process should be followed. Trump stopped that from happening and broke the dept protocol and rules...making it appear totally biased and it has promoted division.

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers launched a targeted enforcement operation in Minnesota, Dec. 31, to locate and apprehend Mahad Abdulkadir Yusuf, a criminal illegal alien and convicted sex offender from Somalia. Thanks to the sanctuary policies of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, this dangerous criminal was free to prowl the streets and victimize Minneapolis residents for years.

Yusuf committed a series of horrific crimes, including a conviction for criminal sexual conduct in the first degree where he forced his victim to perform oral sex on him multiple times. He was also arrested in 2016 for assault in the first degree and has an active warrant from 2024 for obstructing police.

Was it worth it Renee?

If they could think better, they wouldn't be liberals.

My Lord! You are so WRONG, and are spitting in the face of our Constitution and 4th Amendment rights. Godboy ....you're evil, and blasphemous! Though, you've made clear before to me, you don't care and clear that you are not religious, so it matters naught.

So if I stand in front of a car you then have the right to run me over?
Well then if she drives her car in front of him he has the right to shoot her. Your logic works In front of is the defense. Thats new concept in law.
The video and hospital records prove she struck him.
Case law supports use of deadly force to stop a car used as a weapon.
All she had to do was stop but she made a choice to step on the gas.

She was obstructing resisting arrest and willfully used force in a 3000 pound car to strike law enforcement.
Democrats used an emotionally disturbed woman as cannon fodder

Ole Clinton liked to terrorize little boy's. But we also know, he liked to screw little girls. Also the last leader of your party screwed his own daughter. That kinda reasoning makes your opinion, useless.
