US farmers loose 30 billion,but the tarriffs have taken in 65 billion and this is used subsidize the US agricultural sector until a solution is found.The overall trade system has to be changed,which includes opening the protective European and Japanese market...you of course overheard the news,that Japan will increase beef imports from the US,did you?

I read the NPR article in your link: It provides NO PROOF that China is doing as you claim.

The article uses words such as, "One of those indictments alleges, It describes in detail how Huawei tried to steal the technology, this allegation, often illegally, we now have an indication, this case to a degree is a pretty convincing."

That is all nothing more than speculation & opinion.

American corporations were extremely complicit in their own off-shoring activities, AND also they went along with the so called intellectual property theft by the Chinese. The article backed the claims up by discussing these activities with former & current high ranking members of many US corporations. These corporations are NOT beholden to the US.
