OH NO! That is too bad. Grodin was simply great in the movie Midnight Run. Yaphet Kotto who played a Special Agent (Alonzo Mosley) in the movie also just passed away recently.

I was just thinking of him less than 2 weeks ago and pulled up a clip of one of his appearances on Carson. I enjoyed his appearance as the ill-prepared host of SNL.

Pretty good actor....Liked him in Catch 22...Was a really crappy talk/opinion host on the early MSNBC.
