I mean… they can’t even figure out what country’s flag is what country’s flag. No wonder we lost a war to Iran, gas is up 30%, GDP growth has stalled, jobs are contracting not growing, and the deficit is exploding (just like American aircraft carrier toilets).

Australian flags were mistakenly hoisted in Washington, D.C., ahead of King Charles’ upcoming visit — in what could be described as a Down Under blunder.

On Friday, hundreds of national banners were installed across the capital to welcome the U.K. monarch, including British and American emblems. Somehow, Australian flags were also included.

Photos show clusters of Australian flags lining black lamp posts near the White House and the Eisenhower Executive Office Building.

The confusion may have stemmed from the design: the Australian flag features the Union Jack in the upper-left corner, but is distinguished by six white stars set against a blue background.

I’m more worried that we have a stupid DEI pick on the SCOTUS who doesn’t know what a woman is.

Lost the war to Iran? Man are you STUPID.

Sounds more a like a deliberate dig at the current Brit govt. and it's waffling on Iran.

Embarrassing! I don't like using the S word but it applies to those who more than likely have university degrees.

Some of the Ozzies have the balls to support Trump's Iran police action.

Pauline Hanson has called for Australia to help Donald Trump “stamp out evil” by entering the conflict with Iran.
In an exclusive interview with Sky News Australia’s Power Hour, the One Nation leader said that Australia ought to help the United States win the conflict, which has already cost the lives of 13 US service members.

“If we're close allies with them, then you stand united together to stamp out the evil that is happening throughout the world,” Senator Hanson said.

The comments came just days after President Trump accused multiple US allies, including Australia, of refusing to help the US.
...
Australia has sent a E-7A Wedgetail surveillance aircraft to help protect Gulf nations, which have come under missile and drone attack from Iran since the start of the conflict, but the Albanese government has insisted Australia has not received any request for support from the US.

According to Senator Hanson, the Prime Minister ought to have proactively offered Australia’s assistance.

“When you're a mate with someone and a close ally, as we are with the deal with AUKUS, then you pick up the phone, you say… ‘is there anything we can do to help or give you support?’” Senator Hanson said.

“Trump is trying to get rid of the radicalism throughout the world, and (the Albanese government) think that it's not our problem.

“It is our problem because we're taking in refugees from all around Gaza and from these countries (in the region).

“It is going to be our problem in the future if we don't deal with the issue now.

“If we're in trouble here in Australia, who do you think we're going to call on to help us?... There's only one country. It's America.”

The Brits are just happy to jack up the prices of Brent crude and sit on their hands.

Does not seem any worse than a President and HHS Secretary that do not know how to do basic math.

How do you think Canada felt before the World Series ('92 or '93):

Let's face it, America fought and won their independence from the monarchy. They do not spend too much time thinking about them or their flag.

You are right .
Who wants losers as pals ?
Particularly ill mannered ones .
And not the brightest when matters are complex .

Meh, one flag for that servile bunch is about the same as another.
I think Republicans love it when Democrats make a big deal out of nothing. This is nothing. Meanwhile Trump has weaponized the justice department and he is bankrupting this country.

They aren't dumb either. They are sly foxes ripping us off. And they're going to get away with all their crimes.

According to reports in March 2026, Corey Lewandowski, a longtime aide to Donald Trump and special government employee at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), reportedly told colleagues and sources on multiple occasions that he could do whatever he wanted because "DJT will pardon me".
