Century 21?

I have been finegled into managing the sale of some family property
on behalf of several heirs spread coast to coast. I was chosen, and took
the job because I live only 110 miles from the property to be sold,
and all the others live at least 200 miles further away.

One of the candidates to act as realty agent is Century 21.

Can anyone here comment on any dealings they may have had
with Century 21?

Can you tell me of any good, bad, or indifferent experiences with them?

I understand it is a national firm, and that agents may vary
greatly in their abilities.

Still, I would be interested in hearing of any experiences anyone
might be willing to relate.

Do phone interviews, ask how they will promote your property. All will list it in the MLS so that is something you should expect them all to say.
