First lady Jill Biden did most of the talking Friday at the public portion of what may be President Biden’s last Cabinet meeting — before showing the cast of “The West Wing” around the Oval Office and hosting a Rose Garden event without her husband.
“The work is hard and the days are long. And yes, there are times when the weight of all we have before us can just feel too heavy to carry,” Jill, 73, said in the Rose Garden from a podium presidents usually occupy.

“We have four months left in the administration, and we’re going to keep running through the tape because the vice president and I are determined to keep making sure that democracy delivers what the American people are asking for,” added Biden, who has taken extensive vacation time in the final stretch of his term.
“We’re grateful that Jill is here today — I heard that clapping, it wasn’t for me,” he went on. “Across previous administrations, first ladies have attended these meetings for specific reasons. This is the first time Jill has joined us, and it goes to show how important the issue is, which she is about to speak to.”
“It’s all yours, kid,” the 46th president signed off.

Jill Biden, widely regarded as the most powerful first lady in over a century, has held strong sway in the West Wing, especially before other national Democrats forced the president to relinquish the party’s nomination on July 21 over concerns about his mental acuity, resulting in Vice President Kamala Harris’ sudden substitution at the top of the Democratic ticket.

Commentary:
'Dr. Jill' apparently received 'ZERO' votes in the 2020 election. Kamala got 'ZERO' votes in the last series of primaries, but Democrat Neo-Marxists have made them the two most powerful women in the country. Now tell me who’s the real threat to Democracy?
Why is this woman 'Dr. Jill' sitting at the table, presiding over a cabinet meeting? Jill Biden has not been elected. appointed or confirmed by the Senate. She is not a government official, or employee, so what right does she have to be there? What right does Jill Biden have to see any documents on government business. She should be arrested for these actions.
The most disturbing factor IMO is more disturbing is that Jill isn't/hasn't been much of an improvement over Joe. It's been a charade presidency for the past 3 and a half years and Jill is guilty of allowing/encouraging Joe to run again this year. If he and she had done the honorable thing and let the Democratic party look for a new candidate a year or so ago, they might have come up with a better candidate than Harris. Now the candidate is someone who never won a single primary and is terrified to face legitimate media scrutiny.
Has 'Dr. Jill' been running this country since day one?
Is that why America gone from one crisis to another, lost all credibility with our allies.
This fiasco must end NOW!
Why isn’t vice president Harris addressing this? Why is Harris allowing a sitting president to be deposed. Why hasn’t Congress doing anything about this?
