Trump is the last rich person I would blame for the economic invasion of America by china
No....they would simply look at us as if we are stupid.
China has been hostile to everyone....including its own people. That's why Taiwan is even inhabited. Taiwan is a "prison colony" for the exiles loyal to the emperor who was installing free market trade until the communists took over.
The communist party slaughtered millions of its own people.
Currently China is hostile to Russia, India, Philippines, Japan, Vietnam and Korea. They move borders around by force and military might. Their mining in Africa is legendary....they bring in soldiers first.
They aren't the happy little innocent people they claim to be.
Not every rich person was onboard for globalism and trade with chinaBut you miss the point. Rich people in general are the ones who screwed you, not China.
Not every rich person was onboard for globalism and trade with china
Do you remember Ross Perot and the “giant sucking sound of jobs moving to Mexico?”
That caution applied to china also
The blame reaches all corners of the professional class in America
Who btw, are the ones clinging to globalism today
Politicians, educators, government workers, and the media all benefit and float above the suffering of the American workers
WrongGlobalism is a good thing.
If we can't compete in a global world, then that's our own damned fault.
Wrong
Private American companies cannot compete against the CCP snd government subsidized enterprises
The chinese cheat
So dont imagine trade as a sport where referees ensure that both sides have an equal chance to win
You cant be this cluelessHow do the Chinese "Cheat", exactly?
Because they work harder than we do?
Because they invested in education and infrastructure?
That's not cheating, guy.
You cant be this clueless
The CCP practices mercantilism by subsidizing favored chinese companies so that they can drive US companies out of business
Oh, hell... Ever read about, say, about 1911 Xinhai Revolution or history of Kuomintang at all?No....they would simply look at us as if we are stupid.

We have been in a global trade war for years....
Only thing is....we haven't been fighting for ourselves. We have been walking away from the fight this whole time.
If I buy a product, I don't care where it was made.
Most Americans don't want to work in a factory, anyway.
Then why should I have to pay a 145% tax on it because of where it was made?A lie and a truth mixed together.
Most people who need something don't care where it's made. They buy what they want or need and don't care.
However....factory work is not horrible. You get in with a good group of guys who you like and the next thing you know 20 years has gone by in a blink.
That's the way it is. It's not horrible or even draining. Kinda fun...but you get paid to do it.
Nothing wrong one bit with being an average person who has integrity and character. Beats the stew out of someone desperate to stand out and will sell out their family to become famous.
Then why should I have to pay a 145% tax on it because of where it was made?
I've spent the last 30 years working in purchasing, flipping back and forth between manufacturing and distribution. Distribution almost always pays better.
I'd never want to work on a line

A pair of good sneakers costs over $100. It only costs $10 to produce because of child labor and slaves. And wanting to keep the status quo is fighting for legalized slavery.
It's not hysterics. When you go into that level of hysterics, I just can't take you seriously, guy.
I mean, it's cute when you pretend you care about people in the third world.
It's not hysterics.
It's the way things are.
I didn't make them this way.
I didn't capture or force the slaves to do the work.
I just need the tennis shoes and purchase the Ones available.
I don't want to pay more for the same shoes.
But I don't want slave labor making them either.
IF you want to claim CCP is not using slave labor....that's a huge uphill battle nobody can help you with. It's not exactly a trade secret.
So,
Somebody is changing things. Somebody is fixing the slave market by taking away their ability to undercut everyone's prices by using slave labor. And I'm all in favor of that.
What's so difficult to understand?
This is a blatant lie. Groundless and baseless bald faced lie.Neither did the Chinese. (Yes, they have prison labor, but so do we. Guess which country has more prisoners? )
This is a blatant lie. Groundless and baseless bald faced lie.
When someone got "Shanghai-ed" it meant they got captured and forced into slave labor.
In the USA We no longer have people sentenced to "hard labor". Prisoners work on a voluntary basis picking up trash on the side of the road or other mundane tasks AS A PRIVILEDGE FOR GOOD BEHAVIOR. They aren't forced to do anything except remain incarcerated.
