Look, I do not know what the right answer is, I do not want Iran to have nukes or to remain a tyrant to their citizens.

However, Graham is the last person Trump should listen to and may have happily sabotaged Trumps entire legacy and America First policies.

It is simple, whoever advised Trump to go war without a thorough plan or sober assessment gave bad advice. Simple. In the air, Israel alone could probably have handled Iran with their air force (with U.S intel), both countries made it a cake walk. However, the reality was, as I said about the 12 day war as well in terms of being 100% certain nukes were gone; it was going to require a ground invasion. This would be extremely unpopular and would not be a certain victory without well armed, coordinated resistance.

Thus, even if those who advised him were correct the last 15 times, being wrong this time with this magnitude an excursion before the mid-terms was a great risk indeed with no room for error. That person should walk the plank in some form and be listened to less.

It is interesting that Graham wants to question Vance (Graham is a Chicken Hawk and despises Vance) on the peace agreement. Yet, had no issue with what started the war to begin with? He is purposely trying to harm Vance as he knows he is the highest chance of winning in 2028 and he would rather Newsom than MAGA as he desperately wanted the Neo-Cons back in the saddle.

Some of the most hawkish voices in President Trump’s ear about the war in Iran aren’t pleased with some of the details of the cease-fire deal. Sen. Lindsey Graham (R., S.C.) said Wednesday morning that the agreement had some “troubling aspects” and that he wants Vice President JD Vance and the architects of the deal “coming forward to Congress and explaining how a negotiated deal meets our national security objectives in Iran.”

Mark Levin, a conservative talk-show host whose commentary on the Iran war has been followed closely by the president, was more blunt about his dissatisfaction with the cease-fire agreement. “These 10 points are an absolute disaster,” Levin posted Wednesday.

When they were interviewing him on Hannity I believe on the night Trump lost in 2020 you could tell he was elated that he survived a challenge by a well funded opponent. Was he also excited that Trump lost?

Lindsey Graham says there should be congressional review of any deal with Iran

Graham looking for praise from the anti-American media.

I'm not sure the point of congressional review of a deal with Iran.

Not that sure the point of a deal with Iran, to be completely accurate.

The deal is not what will make the world safer, it is Trump's assurance that if the deal is violated, he will go right back to bombs targeted at Iran's leadership.

No Democrats, and damn few Republicans, will be able to credibly make that promise once Trump is gone.

What has Canada done to stop the terrorism Iran has sponsored?

We lost Americans
We pay over $4 for gas
Americans are injured

They get to keep their uranium
They also still keep defacto control of the Strait

High prices to pay to distract from the Epstein files.

Is anyone else in the world saying that Iran has nukes other than President Nazi and his Einsatzgruppen

What has Canada done to stop the terrorism Iran has sponsored?
What have YOU done to stop the terrorism Iran has sponsored?

Or for that matter what have YOU done to stop the terrorism your own government has sponsored (basically carried out)?

What have "I" done?

I fully support the military actions against Iran. We need to treat the political regime and terrorists controlling that country just like we did with the Japanese. Except this time, I pray to God we do not need to use the bomb.

Are there any Japanese people on the message board tonight? I'd love to hear from you. It was such a great sorrow. We must work together to make sure it never happens again.

Oh, you "fully support the military actions against Iran" do you? And how have you "fully supported the military actions against Iran" exactly?

By not blowing up US military bases? By not converting to Islam.

Your energy and hard work has been noted by the relevant bodies.

Awsome. [of course there are only two bodies of relevance for me: my woman, and God. The former is warming my bed as we speak, the latter is warming my grave and playing chess with the devil to see who gets my soul]

How about you? What have you done to stop the terrorism Iran has sponsored?

Or maybe you went to that No Kings / Pro-Hezbola / Anti-ICE-Law-Enforcement rally last weekend?

I've done nothing.

Because I'm not in a position to do anything. Just like you, just like your "woman" and just like "God".... God probably because God couldn't give a flying arsehole though.

The thing with young people is they think they can change the world. When you get older, you realize there isn't really anything you can do about it.

You pretend you're doing something, by doing nothing, and me by doing nothing and not pretending.

You are right. God doesn't give too much care about one little asshole like me. Not too much. But isn't that the problem? We all want something from Him. I'm here to tell you, I already got something from Him: my life.

Now the real question is: what can I do for God?

Not sure this topic is about a fake cartoon character.

But let's pretend there is a God.

This is a God who made humans killers.

This is a God who when he got angry, went and supposedly killed all but 6-8 people on the planet and then forced them all to inbreed.

Then killed all the animals except 2 of each species... more inbreeding (except the fish of course).

Since then has done fuckall about the Nazis, the Soviets, Pol Pot, the US invading everyone who has oil, and all the other dictators who have come and gone in the past few thousand years.

This God runs the whole universe/universes and whether you die or you don't die makes absolutely no difference. Because in a few million/billion years the Sun is going to die, the Earth will not exist and all life will die anyway.

Don't kid yourself that any God, that doesn't exist, would care less about you or me.

I'm sorry but your interpretation of the bible stories is on par with an 8 year old.

Maybe we were supposed to learn lessons from these things? And as far as oil goes, I suspect that burning the carbon stored for a billion years of life (fossil fuel) was our purpose: now, with sufficient CO2, life will flourish on earth again.

This God runs the whole universe/universes and whether you die or you don't die makes absolutely no difference. Because in a few million/billion years the Sun is going to die, the Earth will not exist and all life will die anyway.

God is everywhere, and God is always. Death is inevitable.

Don't kid yourself that any God, that doesn't exist, would care less about you or me.
That's why I'm such a flaming liberal. We should enjoy and respect life. The End.

Graham was the one who gave Trump a blow job and convinced him to launch this disastrous war.

You should be more grateful.

Well it's nice that an 8 year old can understand the Bible better than a fully adult Christian.

Maybe we're supposed to learn lessons from killing loads of people. And what, prey tell, has the US learned from the Nazis? How to invade other countries? How to kill people in other countries? How to take oil? I don't think anything the US has learned from the Nazis is much good or moral, do you?

God is everywhere? So God's like a junky mother, there, but not doing anything to make anything better?

Enjoy and respect life, and then go ******* bomb the shit out of people who have oil that you want?

Here's the freedom index from CATO (basically the Koch brothers who have made the right wing in the US crazier and more fucked up over the last 45 years).

The worst:

Syria
Iran

Iran comes in second.

Freedom House see things differently:

Syria
South Sudan
Turkmenistan
North Korea
Eritrea
Western Sahara
Tajikistan
CAR
Afghanistan
Saudi Arabia
Somalia
Belarus
China
Myanmar
Yemen
Azerbaijan
Sudan
Libya
Iran

It's fun because suddenly Iran is much higher up the list (or further down depending on how you view things), and that Iran, Iraq, Venezuela and Libya are the only countries Americans seem to hear about, that and North Korea, but not recently because they got nukes, so leave the forkers alone.

Life doesn't come into this.

The US didn't invade Iraq for life. It did it for cheaper oil.
It didn't have a coup against Hugo Chavez because they care about the people of Venezuela, and nor did they take out Maduro because they care either.
They didn't bomb Libya because they care, they bombed and then left the country in civil war for the last 15 ******* years. That's how much they care.
They didn't put sanctions against Iran because they care about the people. They do it all FOR THE OIL.

All the other fucked up countries get ignored because they're either selling their oil to the US and other countries, or they don't have oil.

Does God give a fart about life or oil, do you think?

Trump is correct that the US and Israel have won the war against Iran. The Iranian army, navy and air force have shown themselves to be so far inferior to Israeli and American arms as to be inconsequential. Iran has nothing left but terror tactics, sending rockets and missiles into population centers and threatening commercial shipping.

The US faces two discrete problems, open the Strait and destroy Iran's remaining missiles. Both are doable, but opening the Strait will require much heavier bombing and the destruction of civilian infrastructure and destroying Iran's "missile cities" may require the deployment of some special forces troops deep within Iran.

I suspect Trump believes he can persuade the Iranian leadership that their situation is hopeless in the talks.

Don’t attack a nation unless you’re provoked....easy answer.
You do know what the JCPOA was supposed to do don't you?
Civilized nations asked Iran nicely not to develop nukes and ICBMs, and even gave Iran $56,000,000,000 because Iran promised not to develop nukes or ICBMs.
Whereupon Iran promptly used the $56b to continue to enrich uranium and develop ICBMs.
Taqiyya allows Muslims to lie to infidels...
Iran developing nukes in defiance of JCPOA is a provocation.

We tore up the agreement that they were honoring when the blob oozed into office in 2017. Were they supposed to keep honoring an agreement we dissolved?
