If they make mail-in ballots "only by request" we'd be back on track to "Election Day" and not election month.

Bullshit. Somehow, those bastions of ignorant red of Texas and Florida manage to have their mail in ballots counted before Election Day for posting that night. Why you ask? Because their legislatures approved it. If you want to know why it takes so long to count mail in votes in other states, please see the largely Republican legislatures who make those rules.

{ Kathy Boockvar } in the last couple days before the General Election
tweeked { changed } firm State legislature guidelines for how mail-in
ballots are received and Verified.The date they must be in by to be
counted.Normally by 5 pm on Election day.
They also extended that time frame for up to 3 days after 5 pm
on Election day.
The Pennsylvania State Supreme Court { majority of Democrats }
overruled the Majority Republican legislature for this tweeking
exibition.Back in October Judge Alito tried to have his Supreme Court
hear the case as to these kinds of last minute Election changes but
Chief Justice Robers blew it off.Wouldn't even consider.

The point is..they both conceded. After the SC ruled the votes in one Florida county out, Gore had to stand up in front of the Senate and endure the additional humiliation of declaring Bush Jr the winner..which he did. Hillary conceded the next day and went hiking. Didn't make a big show out of it. Just went quietly.

Trump did nothing of the sort. And then proceeded to shit all over the furniture on his way out the door.
