I don't see any confusion the arrow shows exactly where the push the pin.But if the recount had been conducted under new vote-counting rules that Florida and other states now are adopting -- rules aimed at recording the intentions of as many voters as possible -- Democratic candidate Al Gore probably would have won, although by an even thinner margin, the study found.

victory to Bush 43 late into the night { somewhere around 2:30 am }
Gore within the hour changed his mind.
However what didn't change was the way Gore and his snarky
advisers did.They cherry picked only highly Democrat districts
like Miami-Dade and Broward county where most elections are handled
by Lifetime Democrats.
However the kicker was the Florida State Supreme court.Which was
notorious { Ranked America's most radical } who changed aspects
of Election rules to accomodate and help Gore.There was virtually nothing
Republican Secretary-of-State Katherine Harris could do.
Virtually identical of what happened in Pennsylvania in october
of 2020.The Republican Majority State Legislature set Election rules
and guidelines for Pennsylvania.However the Majority Pennsylvania
State Supreme court sided with Democrat Governor { Wolf } and his
trusty Trump-hating Secretary-of-State { Kathy Boockvar }.
Keep in mind that allowed for Pennsylvania till late on a friday
to call the State for Biden.
It also explains the stopping of counting votes in the middle of the night
and why a Big and notorious Urban hub like Philly was chosen.
Philly has a reputation for shady/sketchy elections.

The assault on Congress on January 6, 2021, was designed to halt the certification of the presidential election of November 3, 2021.
That, in itself, is High Treason... if not at-law, given our narrow definition, then in-practice...
And if High Treason cannot be charged, then the next notches down the scale are (a) Insurrection, (b) Sedition, (c) Conspiracy and (d) Assault and Battery...

No stopping of the Election certification happened that day.
Just a partial delay due to storming protestors.Many of which were
seen as peaceful {as one video was shown of them waltzing around
as if admiring pictures as a Museum.}
The Certification took place January 6th.Electors chosen as
votes of the Electoral college did happen.It went pro forma.
Inlike in 2005 where California Democrat Senator Barbara Boxer
made an objection in Ohio's electors.Plus in 2017 with Biden as V.P.
several Democrats rose to object to Trump's election.
Biden and cliche not content enough they made sure to
surround the Capitol with a metal barrier and constantina wire
just to be sure.Wildy claiming they expect similar Protest for
Biden's Inauguration.If not in D.C. then in places around the U.S.
Not a single Protest took place on Biden's Inauguration.Anywhere period.
Compared to the footage of what happened on Trump's Inauguration.
Chaos,fires,burnt vehicles,violence and mayhem.
And in the heart of D.C. Like the time Trump and family were forced
into the W.H. Bunker due to the Riots of Lafayette Square.

This is about my last post in responce to Yuz.
Intention is not part of the law.Because often times only a
person and God know the real intention.That includes a Priest
in a Confessional as well.But In law a Priest cannot be compelled
to discuss what he's been told in a Confessional.A Priest does not
have to lawfully reveal a Confession no matter the issue { a Murder }
Under the Seal of a Confession.
Just as a Defense Lawyer has Attorney-client priviledge.
That extends to who his client may have disclosed confidential
communication.
Intent is normally a mental aspect behind an action.That needs
circumstantial evidence to be used in a court of law.
What was Ashli Babbetts Intention that day.We will never know.
What was the Intention of the capitol cop who shot and
murdered her.We are not being allowed to find out.Babbett was unarmed
and in a crowd being pushed.She was never given a standard police
order to HALT as well.
What is the Intention of Pelosi's January 6th Special Hearing.
We have a year and a half of evidence.Most of which she keeps
close to her Armani Vest.Yet she keeps pleading that she needs more.
That makes it personal and given status as a Star Chamber.
Pelosi needs a trophy Show Trial as souvenir.And Political
Payback.Making it utterly Ideological.
Which more and more americans find inexcusable.
Plus the use of holding January 6th conspirators as Political
