Not only Chicago, but in most all of these Democrat run cities etc there is a huge problem that seemingly never gets anywhere close to being resolved. Anyone thinking otherwise isn't paying attention or they are playing politics with it for their handlers. Concentrating poor people into these inner cities in hopes to create this dependent voter base that is then supported by unsuspecting tax payers through dirt bag politicians, uhh has become a huge failed plan that never worked out in the ways that the duped poor had hoped that it would. It actually created a complete culture that thrives on being dependent on the Democrooks. They (the crats), then come out to justify and represent their failures, and this is when they are seen for exactly what they have done, and for what they are continuing to do. Candace is very wise to it all, and being a successful young American in America (regardless of her color), tells her that it can be done (maybe not in every case as it is with any race in America), but out of every race comes those whom know that it can be done if they make the right choices in life. If they are derailed in life by their upbringing or other, then they need to overcome it in life.
