Zone1 can you have two different faiths at the same time?

That is certainly a good answer from YOUR perspective and world view....... My perspective and world view though is a bit different from yours...........

I cannot invest a whole lot of time in The Book of Mormon...... because I feel a calling to these discussion forums......

I must admit though that when I asked at least ten Latter day Saint Elders and Sisters if they could find passages in the Book of Mormon that they felt might be about a near death experience or something like it........ They did come back with good answers........

They also knew about 2 Corinthians 12 verses two to four in the Christian Bible and they understood these verses very much like I did myself........
Why do you have to fib about what they actually said. They, I’m sure, answer it as I do. As the Apostles and Prophets in The Latter days do. This is called a vision or dream. Young men see visions and old men dream dreams. This is not a near death event. It’s the same as Joseph Smith had, a vision. What is important is Paul states again that there are three levels in heaven. Those in paradise who aren’t resurrected yet are seeing their resurrection in the Celestial Kingdom of Glory. The Brethren have continuously over the decades have warned against getting stuck on one thing and making it greater than the Gospel of Jesus Christ. There are archaeologists who love their work but balance it with all the other important parts of the Gospel and their responsibilities. You have taken on this issue of near death experiences to the point of being blinded by the craftiness of men mingled with scripture. Near death experiences are interesting but it has nothing to do with faith in Jesus Christ. Even you are contemplating giving up on Jesus and converting to Judaism. And, stop defaming members of the Church by saying they agree with you. No, they are just pacifying you.

you can be a member of diffrtrnt clubs, but not of diferrent parties or religons.
One person holding two different faiths, or a couple of two different faiths?
