that's the California weed talking. these people are high and out of their minds!

Wow. Serious idiocy out on the coast.

Are they going to do away with gas stations, too? What about cars built and purchased in 2034? Are they suddenly going to be obsolete? If they're not going to get rid of gasoline sales right away, how far down the road will that happen? How will California, which enjoys a rather healthy tourism industry, react when tourists stop visiting because they can't fill up their tanks?

Not to mention that the cost of the vehicles will be astronomical. Manufacturers will raise their prices, simply because they can. There won't be any other choices. The average cost for an EV right now is $66,000, which is a price most Americans have never paid for a vehicle. Is it simply being assumed that people will pony up and pay that amount? I think it's likely that they move elsewhere and put California in their rear view mirror. That could have a devastating effect on California's real estate market...

This is where we are folks, republicans want to ban killing unborn babies and democrats want to ban gas-powered cars.

But you can't charge your EV when the weather gets too hot, too windy, or too cold. Do you see it yet?
