One may be inclined to inquire as to why a public address from georgia government was provided with such late notice - FOLLOW LINK TO VIDEO at C-SPAN SITE .

Early and absentee voting lagged in redder parts of the state, for instance, and while Republicans hoped Election Day turnout would make up for this deficit — GOP voters were generally less likely to vote by mail or at early-voting locations — it seems their fears were somewhat realized. As the chart below shows, the better Trump did in a county in November, the more its turnout tended to drop in the runoffs compared to the general election.

Georgia Election Security

Georgia election official Gabriel Sterling (R) held a press conference to address claims of election fraud the day before the state’s U.S. Senate runoff elections. Mr. Sterling disputed President Trump’s accusations that the Georgia presidential election results were incorrect, assured voters the Senate runoff elections would be secure, and warned voters not to “self-suppress your own vote.” Responding to a question about a phone call between President Trump and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R), Mr. Sterling said, “I personally found it to be something that was not normal, out of place” and “nobody I know who would be president would do something like that to a secretary of state.”

OK...what's the point? Bring it home. :)
Did you watch the c-span video ?

The election committee of georgia decided to address the concerns presented before the state senates , that were ignored until trump called the secretary of state .

The announcement was made on january 4th , one day before the georgia federal senate runoff elections on january 5th , rather than a month prior when the questions were raised .

The result was that republican voters in georgia became despondent with republican politicians , in addition to questioning the integrity of the voting process to a point where republcian voters figured it to be pointless to bother to vote and purposeful to let the republicans fail .
