Yes, I believe Mogg led the way on this when he relocated to Dublin.

However this is a real benefit of brexit and much appreciated by our Dutch friends.

And now this small independent brewery is finding its business crushed by bonehead brexit. We have yet to see any positive outcomes from this nonsense.
