Breaking! At Last Minute, Judge Engoron Denies Trump To Give His Closing Defense Argument At Civil Fraud Trial

Engoron just did what the judge did in the Alex Jones trial, deny his right to defend himself.

Not at all.
Engoron just refused to let him take the stand and bray like a whipped jackass, which is what he does when he opens his mouth hole.
And Trump of course won't agree to that.

According to a series of email exchanges with Judge Arthur Engoron and attorneys in the case from a court filing on Wednesday, the judge agreed last week to let Mr Trump deliver remarks on the condition that he only discuss “relevant, material facts that are in evidence”.

“He may not ‘testify.’ He may not comment on irrelevant matters,” the judge wrote to attorneys on 5 January, according to a court filing.

Mr Trump “may not deliver a campaign speech” or impugn the judge, court staff and attorneys, Judge Engoron wrote.

Attorney Christopher Kise replied that he “cannot agree” to those stipulations.

Dems are afraid of free speech.

What did you expect from a corrupt judge who is most likely getting and obeying orders from deep state operatives? It would be really interesting to be able to follow the money on this one. But I hope with all my heart that real justice will prevail upon appeal of this kangaroo court and be forever a black mark on New York State so they will never allow this kind of malfeasance again.

Judge Arthur Engoron said Wednesday he does not expect Donald Trump to speak during closing arguments in the $370 million New York civil fraud trial against Trump.

In a letter to attorneys for Trump and New York Attorney General Letitia James just after noon Wednesday, Engoron said that Trump hasn’t agreed to conditions he set should the former president wish to give a statement.

“Not having heard from you by the third extended deadline (noon today), I assume that Mr. Trump will not agree to the reasonable, lawful limits I have imposed as a precondition to giving a closing statement above and beyond those given by his attorneys, and that, therefore, he will not be speaking in court tomorrow,” Engoron wrote.

Email correspondence shows the parties have been discussing the possibility of Trump participating in the closing arguments since at least last week.
