Birthright citizenship

In reality, that only ever happens during administrations friendly to illegal aliens. The rest kick them out as they are not here legally.

Foxfyre is correct, once the chain migration starts it doesn't end.

My buddy married a Chinese national in Med. School. A few years later she becomes a citizen. And a decade after that, both her mom and dad, and one of her siblings is here.
Even many Republicans have trouble sending that mother home without her baby. But then what sort of mother would abandon her baby in that way when she could take him/her with her? I can't imagine just abandoning my newborn not knowing what would become of him/her, what sort of people would have custody etc.

I know countless responsible single moms, as an act of love for their newborn child, have given up their infants for adoption but in those cases they were given up to Christian agencies who they trusted to place the baby with a responsible mom and dad who would love and care for that child and raise him/her as their own.

The anchor baby mom almost never utilizes such an option if she even knows she has such an option.

...the children born here can immigrate and bring their parent, grandparents and other family members with them.
No, they can't. There is no such legal expectation. They can apply according to proper procedures like anyone else. You don't cry "grandma!" and they are automatically met with roses at the airport.

She doesn't have to go without her baby. She can take her baby with her. Either way, she is eligible for deportation.

How would you know that? I have known more than a few moms who left their child with a legal resident relative when they were being processed for deportation.

For someone who is a teacher you seem not to read well? I did not say she could not. I did not say she was not.

And I'm telling you that many do. I'm informing you based on personal experience. You are using your imagination.

You probably don't know what a non sequitur response is either such as you posted here? What ARE you teaching your students?

Give your little imagination a rest.

I don't care, as long as they aren't the radical sort.

I've met plenty of nice Muslims.
I have personally met muslims who at least outwardly appear to be assimilating into the American way

They are welcome to be here

But the others, not so much

Of course you have. They are taught how to take over an area.

Yeah, I'm sure that is exactly what is on the mind of every person that practices Islam, deceiving folks just so they can take over America.

That is in fact, the real reason Chappelle makes folks laugh, so Islam can take over America.

In public, those sentiments have been said by Islam leaders here. You think the European thing is an anomaly?

Are all Evangelicals the same?

Are all Catholics the same?

Are all Jewish folks the same?

Would you say this guy;

And this guy;

Both share the same agenda and values?

I don't recall any of your examples calling for dominance of the world and instituting Sharia law and declaring a global caliphate.

So if a few members of a group do something, that means they all feel that way? Is that really your logic on this issue?

Well, if its not their intent, then why is it happening?

I think it's slightly more than a few. Look to Europe for examples.
Next stop here.

Stumbled on this earlier. Listened to what the guy said. I thought it's another click bait thread, then I looked up what he was discussing. Damn, 9th circuit court just made a ruling several days ago that will provide good arguments for Trump's BRC EO. It will probably go SCOTUS but from the conclusion, I doubt it will be overturned. Not sure if this destroys it but it sure is going to be interesting.

YET WHEN THE CIRCUMSTANCES LEAVE A PERSON IMMUNE FROM THE JURISDICTION OF THE UNITED STATES AT BIRTH.

Illegals born here are subject to the jurisdiction that their parents left.

Formality is a virtue of birthright citizenship. It requires
no inquiry into lineage but is “restricted only by place and
jurisdiction.” Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. at 676. Yet when

circumstances leave a person immune from the jurisdiction
of the United States at birth, this same formality requires a
court to “give full effect” to that restriction. Id. at 694. Thus,
we affirm the judgment of the district court.
