Undoing those opinions is much harder than instilling them in the first place. A child's reality is whatever their parents or teachers say it is since that's all they know so far. Public school being mandated by law is the government's attempt to control the message. Parents wanting to home-school is their's. But in a time when our government has become corrupt I think it's worth considering who gets to impart their message most.
