Anybody Else Having A Problem With The Quote Button?

It is it just me? Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't because it won't let me out of the quote to post my response. I can't even see where it ends sometimes to know if I'm separating it or not.

I've noticed that too.

To prevent that from happening, I type something in the reply field before I edit the quote.
