You grant immunity to someone that has been found guilty in a court of law. Accepting immunity as well as a pardon one must also admit to that guilt. Even offering a Doctor in good standings Immunity to spill the beans doesn't stop the AMA from stripping their licenses.

I apologize but I edited your post a little to reflect the truth of the left. The big cover up was all about party loyalty and protecting the country from a president Trump (or Republicans in general), who they thought would take democracy away on day one. They believed the big cover up was in protecting the country. Add to that, Biden's core group, including his wife, didn't want to leave the White House and would do virtually anything to stay there, even as they claimed it was Trump who didn't want to leave the White House in 2020.

I didn't vote for either Harris nor little Donnie. And there are a ton of people on both sides that would make a good President. But both sides will never allow that to happen. little Donnie should have been stopped the second he announced he was running for President in 2014. Harris was just a placeholder. It differs because missteps by Carter and Nixon were missteps that Carter and Nixon knew about and approved of! The Speaker of the House asked Biden why he signed an Executive Order on the border and Biden didn't know what he was talking about...telling Johnson that he DIDN'T sign that! That means either Biden didn't remember signing something that important (which is scary) or he was telling Johnson the truth and he didn't know about the Executive Order and someone in his Inner Circle used the Auto Pen to issue an Executive Order! That is something that should result in prison time if true.

I did some research, there is a patient doctor privilege and it is not absolute, it can vary from state to state, however it does not protect the doctor should he go before Congress and he could be prosecuted for contempt for refusing to give the answer.

Easy answer for 2024. Neither. As for 2028, it's not been decided quite yet who the front runners are going to be.
