I did some research, there is a patient doctor privilege and it is not absolute, it can vary from state to state, however it does not protect the doctor should he go before Congress and he could be prosecuted for contempt for refusing to give the answer.

So I was wrong.

And the doc pleaded the 5th, didn't use his patient/doctor confidentiality. So it doesn't matter.

Elon Musk and JD Bowman are both 6'3". Trump and his doctor say he is also 6'3".

Your height and weight determine your BMI. If you're are fit, why would you lie about both?

I'm not surprised that the Doctor refused to answer questions. It was obvious that was going to happen. The only thing that surprised me was that he didn't invoke the doctor/patient privacy clause. Perhaps he was told by counsel that wouldn't hold up? I don't know. It would have looked slightly better than taking the 5th but then again...everyone knows he lied...so at the end of the day the only thing in question is did anyone ask him to lie and if so...who was that person or persons?

Unless the doctor lied on a government form, then it could incrim him in a cover up.

Now if Congress pardons him from prosecution related to any criminal activity involved with the Biden records, he then could not plead the 5th and would be compelled to answer their questions.

Every President goes out of office that same way. Well, except for Donnie who couldn't wait to pardon thousands who many are just being rearrested because they went back to the same life they led which are that of criminals and murderers.

Biden is no long in office and cannot give a single pardon anymore. If you spent as much time examining little donnie as you do crying about Biden, little donnie would have hung it up on 45 and maybe we could have had a decent Republican President who would be on his second consecutive Presidency.
