Progs use the judicial system to make laws. To stymie the citizens in voting for measures. It has been very profitable for them. Those same judges will turn on you at some point. For the arrow on their Party platform has to keep moving.

Both liberal and conservative judges interpret the law and decide how it is to be applied in various instances. That is called a binding precident. When one side or the other does not like a decision it is dectied judicial activism or legislating from the bench.
