Biden wants oil from these countries:
But Biden has DISCOURAGED USA oil exploration and production by doing this in January 27,2021
  • Biden’s orders direct the secretary of the Interior Department to halt new oil and natural gas leases on public lands and waters, and begin a thorough review of existing permits for fossil fuel development.
  • The series of actions kick off the president’s agenda to reduce the country’s emissions and establish stricter targets under the Paris climate accord.
As a result, oil producers shut down their efforts to find NEW oil on the lands that produce The federal share of total U.S. crude oil production fell from its peak at nearly 36% in 2009 to less than 24% in 2017. Obama's fault now Biden's !

So now this truly ignorant president WANTS oil from the worst CO2 emitters? Venezuela? Iran?
HEY Dummy President!

Remove your blockage of domestic oil exploration and watch the price drop as the USA once again becomes as we did in 2019... ENERGY Independent and I'm not saying it!
In November 2019, the United States became a net exporter of all oil products, including both refined petroleum products and crude oil.[5] By 2021 the US was the world's largest producer.

NOTE: on 4/1/20 under Trump.. National average gallon of gas... $1.938.
Today 03/16/22 under Biden..... National average gallon of gas... $4.302
Increase in gallon of gas: $2.364 or 121.96% more than 4/1/20.
This means that in 2022 American drivers using 369 million gallons per day.
Using the same figure of $1.938 for gas in 2020 Americans spent $715 million for gas per day.
Using the figure of $2.364 INCREASE for gas in 2022, or $872 million MORE per day for gas!

In one day $872 million MORE in 2022 than just 2 years ago that Americans have to spend for GAS!
AND why? One major reason was the following.
Of the 9,000 supposedly leases on Federal lands...less than 1,500 are valid... zip... goes Psaki's argument.
Remember Biden STOPPED signing leases on land that produces 24% of our oil and gas production!
Biden banned in just 7 days from taking office, the exploration on land that produces 24% of our nation's oil/gas !
All above are FACTS...not my guesses, or subjective observation...BUT FACTS!

Biden and the democrats get a shit-ton of donations and support from the Greenies, but they also do not want to alienate a large portion of the voting public. So, they try to appease both by taking action to stop fossil fuel production and import oil and gas from other places. LOL, but they fucked up and now nobody likes them. The Greenies want less fossil fuels period, they don't want to import any of it and the public does not like $5/gal gas at the pump. Result: nobody likes the democrats and they're about to get their asses kicked in November.

Hey tumphumper dummy! We get oil from those who have it, and spread the purchases for obvious reasons.

Maybe because U.S. oil companies are sitting on leases, raking in profits from high oil prices.

Biden Aide Says Oil Companies Can Up Production If They Want

A White House official said Tuesday that U.S. oil and gas companies should increase production if they want, pushing back against executives who’ve criticized Biden administration energy policies as prices soar.

Analysis: US oil companies are in no rush to solve Biden's gas price problem

US oil companies used to ramp up production at even the slightest hint of higher prices.

US Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm on Tuesday called on US oil producers to increase their output, urging them to get “rig counts up,” as the Biden administration continues to fine tune its messaging while navigating the political perils of high fuel prices.

Oil producers have “some important tools” for alleviating pressure on fuel prices, Granholm told a meeting of the National Petroleum Council (NPC), whose membership includes executives from a wide swath of large oil and natural gas producers including Exxon Mobil, Chevron, Royal Dutch Shell, BP America, TotalEnergies and ConocoPhillips.

“So I hope you'll hear me say that, please, take advantage of the leases that you have,” Granholm said. “Hire workers. Get your rig count up.”

Granholm Urges US Producers to Hike Supply

Normally, the best cure for high prices is high prices, which incentivize more supply. And yet, even though US oil prices have surged by more than 65% this year, US oil production is about 14% below the levels of the end of 2019, before Covid erupted.
"Stop spending like drunk sailors. That's the message from shareholders," said Pavel Molchanov, an analyst at Raymond James.

That message was heard loud and clear. Despite higher prices, 50 of the largest oil companies have increased their annual budgets by just 1% relative to their initial plans, according to Raymond James. Instead of plowing money into expensive drilling projects, the oil-and-gas industry is focused on returning cash to shareholders.
"It's not the government that is banning them from drilling more. It's pressure from their shareholders," said Molchanov.

Maybe because U.S. oil companies are sitting on leases, raking in profits from high oil prices.

Let's review. The Biden administration has significantly reduced approving any new leases and permits and are trying as hard as they can to reduce the financing for new oil and gas production and that is a fact. So there you are, as an oil company why wouldn't you sit on the leases you have knowing it could be 3 more years before you get much in the way of new leases and permits? Whose fault is that? The oil companies? I don't think so. You're making profits as it is, so does it not make financial sense to save something for the future? The oil and gas wells you have in operation now ain't going to last forever, sooner or later you gotta drill new wells but why not wait until either a new president is elected that'll make it easier and cheaper to look for and drill for more oil/gas, or a change in policy due to economic pressure from consumers?

People forget, this is exactly what Biden and the democrats said they would do, make every effort they can to end the fossil fuel industry. And now they're blaming the oil companies for the totally predictable results of making it harder and more expensive to drill for more oil/gas? Bull effing shit. Fewer leases and permits, closed off the north shore in Alaska and ended the XL pipeline, made it more difficult to find and drill for more oil/gas, WTF did you think would happen? Here's a thought: why don't Biden and the democrats incentivize oil/gas production when we need it most instead of the other way around?

They might not get more leases, so they're never going to use the leases they already have? Crazy logic right there.
