How does that analogy work? These porn sites are clearly marked as porn sites and again, you are paying for daycare and getting an orgy in this scenario of yours. Okay, an absolutist view of the 1st Amendment would hold that the state cannot prevent the KKK from holding a rally on the steps of a school building when kids are in class. Consider this, however, we restrict and regulate the advertising of certain products which clearly violates that view. It is axiomatic, therefore, that the state can also restrict and regulate children's access to the pron industry's products.

So, are we really accomplishing anything in passing laws to stop it, when it won't really stop it? Again, it's like guns. I don't like using the "they will just do it anyway" argument. There is a legitimate societal reason for limiting porn access for minors.

One of the solutions I saw was to create a "XXX" website category to allow parents to screen those things out on phones and computers.

Of course it can be gotten around, but it would work on the vast majority of kids trying to access smut.

So instead of hamsterporn.com it would be hamsterporn.xxx. And programs could be created to screen those out.
