How about to honor the independence of the judiciary? How about because this particular plaintiff has hundreds of millions of dollars to pay their attorneys to write their own briefs? How about because the 1A is not absolute and restricting minors from porn has always been legal under it?

No one is arguing against banning filters. Parents (along with Barrett) have full access to them.
