Basically if you find the definition of Embryo it is: a developing human from conception to 8 weeks. The definition of Fetus is: a developing human from 8 weeks to birth.

In real life I expect most couples or single mothers who want the child to view it as their child, their baby, of course. Personally, I couldn't view it any other way. But I'm not going to tell anyone how they should feel about it.
