Average Gas Price Hits $4.30 A Gallon

I was in the Central Valley of California (Fresno) last week. Was
paying 5.79
Dude if you were in Fresno last week, the price of gas is the least of your bad experiences. :auiqs.jpg:

I have been to Fresno. In the words of the Immortal Bard:

There was even a tornado when I was there.
I needed to go, I have a friend there that is in his final days and needed to say goodbye
to him. I wouldn't have gone otherwise.

Time will tell but 2547 will likely be heard more loudly in the Senate after the elections.

None of your complaints will result in lower gas prices.

All that has to happen to get back to lower prices is uour Iranian pals to open the straits

This isn’t a policy thing like under xiden

You're the one with the complaints.....remember? :rolleyes-41:
Thanks for blaming me for higher gas prices. It's very telling about your level of intellect, education and rationality. :)

Dang…living in oppressive demafasict regimes is horrible

After trump liberates the Iranian people…we should focus on liberating the people of Cali

Because of the fire sale of federal leases sold during the final months of Benedict Donald's term. There was no restrictions on current production, or current projects, or any cancelled leases, or cancelled drilling permits. There was no lack of prospects on federal lands. There was only the propaganda tactic of switching the effects of the Covid crisis on the oil market to Bidens EO's.

It was an easy sell to the MAGANUTS. Most of them still believe too.
Were the domestic energy companies on board with those moves? There was no economic need to make those restrictions. Look at the average annual price by year under each President. Trump’s average will go up because of his move to neutralize or end Iran’s 47 year threat on US and the global markets. Obama and Biden had higher prices because their stated policies were to reduce fossil fuel usage yet they did this in the absence of a viable energy alternative.

Let’s face it, Obama and xiden weren’t looking for alternative fuel

Their goal is to make more Americans dependent on govt. how do they do that? Drive up prices, drive down wages.

OPEC didn’t cut production during the xiden admin…in fact they jacked up production to 500k
Your first part is correct since OPEC+ cut production by nearly 10 mbd in April 2020, so no Biden policy or EO made them cut production. However it took them until July 2021 to agree to modest increases beginning in Aug.

The Multi-National oil companies know the law. The feds are required to offer leases at certain times. So they all knew the pause on leasing federal land was temporary. IMO, it was a useless gesture to the environmentalist for their votes.

All presidents since Carter have been trying to neutralize Iran's theocrats. You don't think Iran remembers we funded Iraq in the 80's and gave them all kinds of Western Technology to kill Iranians. Maybe you think we didn't wage asymmetrical warfare on them for all these years too? None of them were stupid enough to wage an overt war because of the Straight of Hurmuz. We have Rodger Ram Jet following the lead of War Criminal Benedict Donald, what could go wrong.

And you think you aren't in a cult! :laughing0301:
One look at the data is conclusive enough.

No, you see, had you quit your cult and asked why the hell would Democrats nominate a vegetable to run the country with open border, Trump wouldn’t be president.

Thanks for not quitting.

They added 500k barrels a day in Jan 2021. They only cut production during covid thanks to Trump…which saved our industry… The world can thank President Trump for the oil deal

Covid wasn’t the issue was the Russia and OPEC price wars

Covid and Russia are minuscule compared with the Biden administration war against the oil companies. That was the reason prices shot up. When he canceled the XL pipeline line project, shockwave was sent through the industry. The administration also pressured banks not to make loan to the industry. Rejoining the Paris Accord was another boondoggle. Now, had the administration was able to build clean energy infrastructure after declaring war against fossil fuel, people would be more forgiving. Instead, every grant given to the green industry ended up as complete failure. Eight chargers were built? Electric school buses didn’t work and company that received the grant went under. Nothing was built. Nothing was back. Nothing was better.

The war was against the working class.

So you picked the highest month and tried to pass it off as the whole term? Pretty dishonest of you.
So you admit you lied, AGAIN. You're so stupid you couldn't pour piss out of a boot if the instructions were printed on the heel. Prices were higher than Trump's current prices for Biden's entire term until he made it clear that he didn't have the common sense of a box of animal crackers and even the DNC dumped him in spite of his winning the primaries. LOL--democrats clearly don't believe in democracy. Try again.
