It's steadily rising, if the rate stays the same it will hit 5 dolalrs in a week or so.

Once it hits 5:03 the "But it's not as high as Biden got it" argument will have to be put aside and some other whataboutism will be needed by the magats.

I am not sure what you are asking. Reasonable gas prices that keep people in the fuel business employed but dont strain the wallet is optimal regardless of politics.
