Holly crap, I've been here over 10 years! Where the hell was my anniversary gift?!

On topic I don't consider this board objective AT ALL. 90% of us are FIRMLY in our positions and I rarely see compromise.
BUT I do consider this board welcoming and don't tell anyone this but I pretty much like everyone here with a few exceptions. Mums the word on that last bit!
