The transportation is going to be the real problem here- bringing the bricks of grass from the Malawian jungle to the potheads in Amsterdam and Haight Asbury. It isn't like just flying it in from Mexico or Jamaica, this is going to be a major shipping operation. A transport depot in someplace like Dakar should probably be established.
