Army Denies Medals, Special Forces Insignia To Soldier trump Pardoned For Alleged Murder

Soldiers who are disciplined for things, especially/ even though pardoned, rarely ever get medals. None were expected to be given in this case anyway....so what's the big deal?

"Certainly, the Army had an incentive to avoid antagonizing the president here," said Mears, a West Point graduate and former history professor at the military academy. "It’s certainly possible Trump (Biden) could have attempted to overrule the (board), which would be the worst-case scenario for the Army. He could theoretically have ordered them to rule differently, as they are all government employees."

Mmm... Same could be said about the president now.

You're still stupid.

You will have to ask the guy who wants them back.

The military can not 'take back' any ribbons or awards earned and given. They fo not have to award medals.

The guy is not going to jail. I don't thing trying to force the military to give him a medal is in his top 10 priorities / concerns.
