Totally bizarre situation. Everybody who has common sense knows that The BLM protest and riots were demonic. That word demonic is not used lightly . The blm premise is based upon America having slavery. Well, every country had slaves. Jews, blacks and Indians owned slaves, just like white people did. Perry was in danger. A man with an automatic rifle was approaching his car, and Perry defended himself.

Why is Daniel Perry still in prison? What’s going on here? How long is the Texas clemency board going to debate his case. Governor Abbott pardoned the man a while ago and he appointed the board of officials who grants clemency to people, so why is it taking so long? Abbott was the same guy who gave a state funeral to George Floyd a man who held a gun to a pregnant lady stomach. Abbott has made good and bad decisions as we can all see.


This reminds me of the case of Danielle Penny, who is also still facing a manslaughter charge in nyc , because he ended up holding down a man Jordan Neely in a subway who was threatening people..and Penny ended up unfortunately, killing the man.

Derek Chauvin was also following his own police Academy protocol when he dealt with George Floyd. He should not be in jail for decades. It is a terrible miscarriage of justice what happened to him. How can this happen in America. We can only hope for a better future based on equal rights for all.

Abbot realized that pardoning a guy who gunned down a man in the street is probably not a good idea. Perry shot a man who was not aiming a gun at him. It's fucking Texas and everyone has a gun, if that becomes the standard, Texas will be the wild west.

Not to worry, Abbot is doing more than enough awful stuff to appease the racists in his state, he doesn't need to poop on the crap sundae anymore than he already has.


As for Daniel Penny, he didn't "hold down a man", he used a lethal choke hold on him. A choke hold he knew was lethal because of his Marine training.

Both of these guys belong in prison.

Daniel Perry is still in jail because he put his gun in his car posted on social media that he was going “hunting for protesters” and then went out and shot someone.

That’s called “intent”.
