Yeah but before FDR 2 terms were the norm and, as far back as 1787 the framers discussed POTUS term limits but didn't include restrictions. They were relying on checks and balances. George Washington established the precedent after stepping down after 2 terms. Washington warned against the dangers of concentrated power and that was the precedent going forward....except for FDR. IMO, when people looked back on FDR they realized that he may not have even been running the country at the end also.

I really don't think Trump will run again he's just trolling Democrats.....And it looks like it's working.
