Less people has bee crossing the border because of the economy but now crossings are up again because of Obama's promise of amnesty. So crossings are not down because the border is being secured. Obama's CIR amnesty will give out more visas allowing terrorists to enter legally. The problem is not securing the border but enforcing our immigration laws so they will not come and they will leave.
Neapolitan should be fired for not doing her job and lose here retirement.

The bill is rotten to the core so dump it and don't even think again about amnesty until unemployment is under 6% and that will be never. This economy will never return to the good ole days.

I watched her, I was not impressed. Not one of them ever asked her why she posted signs in American deserts telling Americans they weren't safe in their own country. Wouldn't that tell you if the borders were safe of knot?

I thought it was interesting on the way they 'collected data' to be used for statistics: whether or not apprehensions are up, crossings are down, etc. She said they used about 7 different stats to compile a statistic - and those are changing targets! Not even the same datapoints as used previously. Sounds like Hocus Pocus to me.
