This is the norm. I hear more of these types of incidents happened at the peaceful rally for Trump in DC yesterday. BLM and antifa are evil but there will come a time when they won't be met with pacifism and that's when they will pay for what they have done to this country. I have a feeling that the time of lawless riots will come to an end soon.

Trump fired the head of the Pentagon because he wouldn't call out troops against the insurrection in D.C. when the mob was trying to break down the double fence around the White House and run in and kill everyone. I agree that was an insurrection within the meaning of the Insurrection Act, and I think what's going on in Portland and other places is also insurrection. You are more optimistic than I am: it seems there is no end to the patience of the white majority!

You know, I live in 70,000 Plus small southern city and have lived here quite a while. There is a lot of violent crime for it's size. We get a significant spillover from Memphis. Most of it is black on black crime, often related to the drug trade and a significant number people do get shot, mostly black people by other black people. Had a lot of people work under me in various supervisory roles over the years, black, white and the occasional Hispanic. Do not remember a single white person that I worked with or supevised that was attacked by black dudes except as the result of bilateral escalating argument, although I am sure it happens. Could be under reported. Don't know and really don't care. I watch where I am, what is going on around me, carry myself well, don't get up in anybody face, and treat people with respect. My home is very secure, I am well armed and my dog scares the crap out of people that don't know us, even some that do and she seems to have an instinct for shady people, black and white and does not fail to alert me. I simply don't anticipate a problem with any black people, no matter their socioeconomic level or status. I epitomize the quote of Gen Mattis, saying be friendly, and courteous with all people at all time, but have a plan to kill everybody you meet.
