Zone1 Andy Stanley Says That Gay Christians Have More Faith

So you pick and choose what you want to follow and what you don't.

Jesus noted specifically that not all are born the same. No?
So? Does that mean that we aren't required to keep the commandments? Jesus was also specific that if you love the Lord, keep the Lord's commandments. Just because we aren't the same, doesn't relieve anyone of keeping the commandments. God is no respecter of men (and women). Thus, your differences don't mean you will be judged any differently from heterosexuals. We have to keep the commandments as well. And, it is you picking and and choosing which commandments to follow and not follow.

Which Commandment did I suggest we ignore?

“Gay ‘Christians’” has to be just about the dumbest concept I’ve had the misfortune of seeing presented from clown world, though not as odious as “cis” or “non-binary” or any of that nonsense.

  • men … burned in their lust one toward another, Rom. 1:27.
  • nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 1 Cor. 6:9.
  • them that defile themselves with mankind, 1 Tim. 1:10.
  • as Sodom and Gomorrha … going after strange flesh, Jude 1:7.

Here are some other to look at: Gen. 13:13; 18:20; Ezek. 16:50; 2 Tim. 3:3; 2 Pet. 2:10;

  • Thou shalt not lie with mankind … it is abomination, Lev. 18:22 (20:13).
  • There shall be no … sodomite of the sons of Israel, Deut. 23:17.
  • declare their sin as Sodom, Isa. 3:9 (2 Ne. 13:9).
  • men … burned in their lust one toward another, Rom. 1:27.

Not Commandments.

Not Commandments.
Yes they are. Not to Satanists and atheists. But, to Jew and Christian, they are most certainly commandments. Anything that is "thou shalt not is a commandment. Also, anything that starts with thou shalt DO is also a commandment. Laws are also commandments as they are still covenants between man and God..

You shall regard them as detestable; you shall not eat any of their flesh, and you shall detest their carcasses.

Leviticus 11:11

That's a commandment. You shall not or thou shall not is a commandment. Why? Because it is a divine rule. Commandment comes from the word Commander. God is the Divine Commander.

Luke 7:41 41 “A certain moneylender had two debtors. One owed five hundred denarii, and the other fifty. 42 When they could not pay, he cancelled the debt of both. Now which of them will love him more?” 43 Simon answered, “The one, I suppose, for whom he cancelled the larger debt.” And he said to him, “You have judged rightly.”

The more God forgives, the more the sinner in question tends to love God.

Just ask Paul who helped murder Christians at one point.
