Yes, Jesus was in the Old Testament. Jesus came off His Throne on High (Jehovah). He gave the children of Israel the lesser law because they showed they were not ready for the higher law. When Jehovah came down as a spirit child of Father in Heaven, he was placed in the body of Jesus Christ by the Holy Ghost in Mary's belly. The problem with progressive Christians is they simply reject the virgin birth of Jesus Christ and that He is the Great Jehovah.
