The potential Articles of Impeachment could include:
1. Open borders, allowing infected migrants and dangerous individuals from all over the world to enter the US in violation of US Law,l which Biden is bound to uphold.
2. The disastrous AFG withdrawal, leaving $billions of new equipment and US citizens behind, as well as violating security agreements with US allies.
3. The Bidens taking $3,500,000 from the Moscow mayor's wife
4. Having Hunter sell "paintings" for $500,000 each violating emoluments.
5. Having China give Hunter $1,500,000,000 "to invest" after flying to China on AF-2.
6. I'm sure Biden will add a few new Articles in 2022...

As for "denial" the House had to present it's case "as-is" and not go on fishing expeditions in the Senate. The House either had enough evidence to impeach or not. If the House did a shitty job of preparing impeachment evidence before the trial that's on them.
