Yet another hilarious statement from you. You say I have "not once considered" the opposing viewpoint when for most of my life I was an avid meat-eater.....and in fact I actually debated AGAINST veganism, at one point, before going vegan.

We must be looking at two different images then, because I think we look more like the herbivore in that image.

For me, Genesis 1:29-30 is enough. We were created to be herbivores.

And in fact, according to the bible, the human lifespan drastically decreased once mankind officially started eating animals, after the flood.
