Alec Baldwin's Involuntary Manslaughter Case Dimissed In The Middle of The Trial and Canot Be Filed Again.

Sorry bout that,

1. Liberal judge sides with murder, hope she dies a miserable death.
2. And its not right.
3. She will burn for this injustice.
4. Baldwin loaded the gun with the real bullet, and he pulled the trigger, killing the girl.

though I am no fan of Baldwin the shooting was an unfortunate accident .. maybe he should pay civilly but putting him in prison was a step to far .

The Judge shoulda 'sentenced' Alec to firearm training. The very first thing he'll learn (if he hasn't already) is to NEVER trust that the gun in your hand is unloaded or contains only blanks.

Sorry bout that,

1. Liberal Judge ruined everything, when the footage of him loading the gun with the one, bullet emerges, too late, Double Jeopardy.
2. Protecting a fellow libtard.
3. A free murder.
4. I'm sure Baldwin is relieved, he is free go murder again.
5. While that girl doesn't get justice.
6. She was just in the way, the judges says.

If you're on a movie set or on stage in a theatre, I wouldn't expect you to suddenly stop the show and say, "Hang on guys, I'm just going to make sure this prop is safe".
You're a brit, pardon me, a Scot--never taught to use a gun. He took possession of the gun before filming--that is when you check it--when you take possession of it. BTW, firearm protocol on HIS company's set says a gun should NEVER be pointed at a human being. SMH.

Let me post a parallel to this case. The death of Brandon Lee, by a prop gun loaded with blanks.

Around midnight on the morning of March 31, the cast and crew were filming a scene at Carolco Studios in Wilmington, North Carolina. As Lee entered a room, another actor shot him from a distance of 15-20 feet. Though the gun was supposed to have been loaded with blanks, police later found that a .44 bullet entered Lee’s abdomen and lodged in his spine, fatally wounding him. He died in the hospital hours later of internal injuries, blood loss and heart failure.

Hollowed-out cartridges are often used to film close-ups of a gun being loaded; the “dummy” cartridges are then supposed to be removed and replaced with blanks before being fired. The police investigation into Lee’s death concluded that a tip of one of the cartridge’s bullets broke off from the cartridge and lodged in the gun, then fired at Lee along with the blank.

D.A. Spivey eventually decided against bringing charges against Crowvision, the production company making the movie.

This is an absolute violation of prop gun safety. Even for a brit.

The responsibility for the use of guns and other weapons lies with each production's property master or armoury expert.

They secure the weapons when they are not being used and instruct actors on their proper and safe use. They also load the firearms and check them before and after each scene.

Yes, ugly and callously finished in much the same way a woman's life was needlessly snuffed out...a simple NRA gun course could/would have saved her Slow.
Not important to these fascist hacks. A life has no meaning as long as their irresponsible elites are held blameless.

I think she was set up.
She was the one who was supposed to inspect the gun before each scene.
She was also supposed to keep all the guns locked up, and be the only one with access to them.
She failed on both counts.

That was unnecessary for the camera, too.
Agreed. With the special effects technology of today, there was no need to have a gun on the set at all. I am not accusing him of malice, but that possibilty exists and because of that he should be held accountable and jailed to drive the point home.

So people are liable if someone breaks into their house or steals their stuff? :cuckoo:

Who's Scottish? Use a gun? I've owned and fired shot guns. If protocol is not to aim a gun at people, tell your fellow countrymen because you have fucking dreadful gun stats. So if you want to talk about gun safety, start with you idiots before trying to preach to gun safe countries.
