Wel millionaire does not have the same meaning it use too. There are good and bad people in every socio economic class. Could this happen? Absolutely. It is not common. I live in a tourist trap. Plenty of extremely wealthy people running around. I am glad to have most of them show up. Once or twice per season I run into an a hole. It is not common.
