Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer dismissed the case with prejudice based on the misconduct of police and prosecutors over the withholding of evidence from the defense in the shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the film “Rust.”

Baldwin cried and embraced his attorneys after the decision was announced.

Waste of taxpayer monies. Only reason prosecution went this far is the celebrity factor.

What you don't realize is that every industry has safety rules where it's often up to other people, to do the inspection. Pilots in their pre-flight check, checks for damage to the outside of the plane, damage to the tires, making sure there's no water in the fuel. But 99% of the mechanical's and avionics aren't checked by the pilot. They're checked by the mechanics.
Do you remember the airliner that the door plug blew off. That's something the pilot doesn't check, nor do the mechanics check. That's checked by the manufacturer (Boeing) whose fault it was.
Just like you don't blame the pilot, you don't blame the actor.

3. Ive seen to footage of Baldwin loading in the one bullet, the one that was fired from the gun he was holding.
4. He thought he was clever, he spun around away from cameras, but there was a camera on the ceiling.
