Ah yes, with unemployment of 9.7%, national debt increasing minimum of 1.7 trillion this year, government run spandex health care, in your face socialism (gone wild), our brave Soldiers dying and injured in Afghanistan in a war Obama's uncommitted to winning but ego and politically driven to save face, slapstick foreign policy and the list drags on...and on... and on...etc... :dig:

The American people in a state of foreboding, chaos and fear. Obama and the Democratic Party Policy of insulting and degrading the people they are sworn to represent. :eusa_silenced: (their trying)

Then, you have the Crybaby Obama policy of just blame Bush.. :eusa_naughty: (Bush did it!)

One has to wonder, in retrospect and comparison, when people are going to miss The Good Olde Days of George W. Bush...! :udaman:

I miss Bush. Like all politicians, he had some flaws, but overall I think he was a good man for the job that needed to be done at the time. Right, wrong, or indifferent, I felt secure with Bush in the White House. Obama would sell out this country in a minute. Obama wouldn't make a pimple on George Bush's ass - either one of the Bush's

WHAAAAAT????

You can't be serious. Bush never included the cost of either war in his budget. You have to know that.

Bush screwed this country in so many ways, it's difficult to start in one place.

Maybe you are right about the "good old days". In those days Republicans had the decency to wait at least until 1997 before they rewrote Reagan's imaginary legacy.

geez because Bush didn't help at all in causing the present economic problem or the current unemployment problem. because we also all know it only take a few months to ruin an economy.

Bush was on watch when 9-11 happened. You call that safe?

Bush fucked it up, passed it on, and now it's Obama's fault for the wars that he left in Afghanistan and screwed up in Iraq?

One thing conservatives don't have is a good recall of the past.:eusa_whistle:

I miss Bush...

He kept us safe :eusa_pray:

Up until the 9/11 and then from 9/12 on. During that one day, not so much. Well, at least he got the guy responsible for the attack.

No, wait. HUH? Wa happened again? We went to war with who? Why? We at least found those WMD's righty?

The smart ass answer is; I didn't think it was possible either but you give the Democrats a filibuster proof majority, get a green President and looky what happens..!

The more thoughtful, yet adjy answer is; In the last 2 years of the Bush Administration the Democratic Party with eyes riveted to the next election bypassed the interests of the American people. Armed with repeated warnings of the Bush Administration and Republicans in general the Democrats opted in favor of endless investigations bent to undermine his Presidency and their policy for failure in the war in Iraq. What Democrats don't seem to realize is that their pushing for far left policies in a country that is center/right, it's freaking people out.

Endless investigations? Such as?

Policy for "failure"? Please, tell us what a "success" in Iraq looks like.

I'll bet there are millions in this country right now, including those that voted for Barack Obama, that would be doing backflips out in the street if G.W. was sitting back in the oval office. :clap2:

Give us back that NO--teleprompter President who could slaughter any word in the English language. A President who could never pronouce correctly any of abagaba names. That President who never gave us a perfectly pronounced speech. Give us back that President who shot from the hip & a President that the main stream media HATED. A President who avoided cameras at all cost. Give us back that President who during a crisis--would handle the non-sense questions from the media like a hot knife going through butter. Give us back that President who never knew in advance what questions he was going to be asked during press interviews.

We have in essense gone from complaining about deficits for 9/11, 2 insuing wars & Hurricane Katrina--

to complaining about Obama's quadruppling the deficit in 6 months for political pay-offs, executive bonuses at bailed out companies--to billions of pork & political favors & earmarks--all under the guise of Obama's chief of staff--Immanuels statement--"never waste an economic crisis--to expand the federal government."

Endless investigations? Of what? Bush had the veto pen and he used it.

You want change, far rightoids? The Obama health care train is on the tracks head right at you. It will display a two-tier option. You better get on it or out of the way because it will smash you otherwise. It will pass by the end of the year, and the poor and working classes will turn out in record numbers to make sure the GOP does not get a majority and take away the newly insured's health care.

The stoopidcons are so on the wrong side of history. Two centuries from now the historians will be studying the politics of Obama and shaking their heads over the mistakes of the cons, saying, "What a bunch of pathetic bozos."

 If this bill passes--I will guarantee you there will be an historic sunami that rolls through the house of representatives & senate like no other in the History of the United States in 2010.

Democrats will not pass this bill--they value their jobs way too much.

They have a choice either appease Obama or appease the people who voted them in, in the first place. It will be interesting next week when they return from recess. Obama gives another speech on Wednesday and you know it's going to be a strong push on healthcare.

Pelosi will put all those blue dogs in a headlock, while Waxman drives bamboo shoots under thier toe nails.

We will soon see the torture of congress and the senate under the direction of Obama. I just hope the hold-outs don't cave and sign anything they have not read yet.
