I didn't follow that event closely, but one thing I've been thinking is that every big project has deaths --- big construction project always have more than one death. Even movies have deaths. I think people with their eye on the big picture realize that. They aren't going to charge the star ---- I wonder if they'll even charge the armourer.

This isn't a case of the shooter being responsible, because presumably a bad person slipped that live round in there to cause trouble. Well, that worked. I bet they are heavily investigating that angle of it, and I think it was a union crew member, angry at the bad conditions.
