Either that's photo shopped or we have traveled to Israel to see off duty soldiers hanging out near the Palestinian fountain's and beaches.

Off duty soldiers carry weapons almost everywhere.

Why do they always say active shooter? Sounds dumb.

Because it attracts more attention than inactive shooter.

Kinda like how strip clubs almost always have a sign saying "Live Girls". "Dead Girls" just does not get the right kind of crowd.

Pretty bad when a military base, full of trained and armed personnel, have to lock down and hide because of a report of someone "with an AR-15 without a red tip."

They are not full of armed personnel.
