Ok $2k. Maybe some women, actually a lot of women don’t have the baby and put it up for adoption is what’s in it for them? Besides doing the right thing.Sounds like commercialization to me.If there are women who want the babies enough to pay $20k so be it.Wouldn’t that just keep encouraging them to be irresponsible by rewarding their behaviors?I think it’s a great idea. A lot of women who get pregnant by a guy who can pay child support will keep the kid. If he’s a loser they abort.booboo COOL IT!!!!
So money is clearly a key factor.
There are lots of women who want to adopt. If paying the mother $20k to keep the kid, I don’t see the problem.
And I would think anti abortion people would like it that kids aren’t being aborted.
But they don’t want to pay. Typical,
Maybe we make the payout $5k. All the costs of giving birth plus you walk away with $5k. You have to be drug free. A private citizen foots the bill.
So you don’t have black market baby sales it has to go through official channels but make this an option to women deciding if they want to abort.
Let her walk with $2k cash. And you know the kid will go to a good family.
I’m just trying to entice women into going through with the birth.
You can't imagine why people would want to go into teaching--smart people, moral people, even though the pay is low--for the same reason you can't imagine why typing this all out might not be such a great idea.
Really, just a lack of imagination and forethought all the way 'round. Another poster told you to cool it, but you didn't listen.
Don't blame other people for your lack of imagination and forethought.
