Texas has one of the highest death rates for infants and their mothers, in the USA, one of the highest rates of gun violence and murder, and they can't even keep the power on, but Abbott is fully focused on the real problems in Texas: Migrant children getting a free education.

If they have green cards, they get educated. If they are American Citizens, they get educated, if their parents are here on valid work visas, they get educated.
