A Quick and Clear Summation of the Situation in Ukraine.

Guy, Biden isn't the issue here.

It's Trump now selling them down the river.

Litigating what Biden did or didn't do (seems that he did pretty good, given how badly beaten back the Russians were) is kind of pointless.

New rule... No more 'But, but, but, Biden."

Everything that happens from here on out is on Trump.

Okay?
Biden jacked Zelensky off. If that does not concern you, it concerns Trump.

No he didn't.

A deal with Russia without security guarantees is not worth the paper it is written on. Russia would simply re-invade whenever it felt like.
Which is precisely what they intend to do.

From what I've been reading, NATO has been inching closer and closer to Russia's borders for 2 decades even though they signed an agreement never to do so. Russia doesn't want short range missiles able to hit their cities.
Is Vladamir Putin a murderous, corrupt thug, a former KGB officer and literal dictator who ignore treaties, lies regularly, has his detractors killed and who is responsible for the deaths of thousands of innocent Ukranaians since he started this war?

Yes or no? Can you answer that question in one word?

Hey Mac, how did you slip into a thread about quick and clear summations? Kind of unknown territory to you! Even worse, you demanding an answer to a deflecting question in response to a question about NATO violations that has nothing to do with what you ask! You need to ask more evasive questions!

Which agreement was this? with who?

There was an agreement that if Ukraine gave up her Nukes that the US and UK would protect her territorial integrity.

We probably need to live up to that.

Why are you cheering for Russia again?

You mean, he came to the aid of a Democracy facing totalitarian aggression?

Funny, I seem to remember when that was what America stood for.

When did NATO sign this agreement?

If anything, the US has been pretty good about massaging Russian concerns. Remember when Obama cancelled missile defense systems for Poland and the Czech Republic because they would be too provocative? Republicans threw a shit fit when he did that.

that was before you made a Russian Asset your leader, of course.

No. Significant military support is the thing that will make Putin (or anyone else on his position) attack Ukraine.
What millitary support did Ukraine have in 2014 when Russia invaded and annexed Crimea?

NONE is the correct answer.

In fact Yanukovich descimated Ukraine's military and they barely had any left at the time of invasion, which is why they couldn't mount any resistance.

You are either really dumb and ignorant of the conflict or are posting bullshit because you think everyone else is.

There are now 5 countries on Russian border that are in NATO - Putin of course invaded ZERO of them and never will.

And it was good and real.

It was not "good deal" moron, after rejecting capitulation Ukraine retained it's sovereignty and reclaimed 50% of the invaded territories Russians held, including the city of Kherson and large swaths of Kharchiv's oblast.

Western hysteria about Bucha appeared when various videos of Ukrainian Nazis torturing and killing Russian prisoners appeared online. All these videos were quickly forgotten by the hysteria raised around Bucha.

It appeared when mass graves with civilian bodies were found with hands tied behind their back and holes in their sculls after Russian occupation. It appeared when satelite images showed bodies laying around on the streets for weeks during Russian army occupation.

Stalinist degenerates like you think nothing of it. Bussiness as usual.

He’s a Russian troll.

But since the Trump cultists are all singing Moscow’s song now, it can be hard to tell.

Yes. So you think that gives NATO the right to act just like him?

Yep. Russia has always been fucked up.

Course it doesn't help that globalists encouraged him to invade Ukraine.

The result was predictable.

Hate to break it to you but in war often times both sides can be wrong.

In this case, both sides are bad actors.

That is a comment from a useful idiot absolving Russia from it's bloody imperialism. Know yourself.

The only thing that encouraged Putin was Ukraine's inability to defend itself against his invasion.

Baltic countries who were wise enough to join NATO had no such problems.

They ignored inflation for 4 years, and now they think we ignored it as well.

Inflation outlook has turned worse and all analisys shows Trump's policies contributing to that.

So I'm looking forward to your intelectually consistent blaming of the administration in the White House for all such economic problems.

Don't let me down now. :cool-45:

Ukraine doesn't posses sovereignity at all. And back in 2022 Russia demanded only (talking about territories) recognition of Crimea, and recognition of independence of DPR and LPR. Today, Russia claims not only Crimea, but also former Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson, Zaporozhye oblasts, say nothing about thousands of killed Ukrainians and destroyed industry, plus of course, soon to come recognition of independence of Odessa and Kharkov People Republics.. Tomorrow the terms will be much worse.
